Hatta Sport Club Academy, based in Dubai, is hiring a Preparador Físico (Fitness Coach) to lead and coordinate the physical training department for youth categories. This is a full-time, on-site role that offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing football academy focused on long-term athletic development.

As a Preparador Físico, you will be responsible for creating and implementing structured fitness programs across youth age groups and assisting with the U-17 team, while also establishing a unified methodology for the academy’s physical development plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as fitness coach and assistant for the U-17 team

• Coordinate physical training for U8–U12 teams

• Design and manage the Academy’s Physical Conditioning Department

• Implement age-appropriate programs for motor skills, coordination, mobility, body control, and conditioning

• Collaborate closely with coaching staff to integrate physical training into overall player development

Candidate Profile:

• Spanish nationality (mandatory requirement)

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Degree in Sports Science or Physical Conditioning

• UEFA B, A, or Pro license

• Strong leadership, dedication, and long-term vision

Salary & Benefits:
