Job Title: Premium Services Administrator
Job Description:
Join Proofpoint, a global leader in people-centric cybersecurity, as a Premium Services Administrator supporting our ZenGuide platform. In this client-facing role, you’ll be a trusted partner to our enterprise customers, helping them design, implement, and manage their cybersecurity training and awareness programs.
You’ll work with a wide range of clients across various industries, helping them execute strategic plans, resolve technical issues, and get the most from their ZenGuide experience. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with customers to develop annual security training and assessment plans.

Design communication strategies and rollout plans for training initiatives.

Create and launch cybersecurity training assignments and assessments.

Provide regular performance reports and campaign status updates.

Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to ZenGuide software.

Follow standard escalation processes for more complex concerns.

Manage a portfolio of Premium Services accounts, maintaining accurate status updates in the CRM system.

Document planning sessions, interactions, and next steps in detail for each client.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.

Familiarity with SaaS platforms and customer success environments.

Ability to quickly learn and apply technical skills (HTML, Salesforce, Splunk, Excel, and Smartsheet experience is a plus).

Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
