HSBC is hiring a Premier Acquisition Manager to acquire high-net-worth (HNW) Premier customers and cross-sell relevant banking and wealth management products. The role focuses on building strong relationships with HNW clients, understanding their financial needs, and referring them to the Premier Relationship Management team for long-term engagement. The Premier Acquisition Manager will work closely with branch management, wealth teams, and commercial banking teams to achieve sales targets and enhance HSBC’s market position.
Key Responsibilities:

Acquire high-value Premier customers with minimum USD 120,000 balance.

Promote and cross-sell HSBC Wealth (Insurance & Investment) solutions, credit products, and other banking services.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNW individuals, business clients, and key stakeholders.

Collaborate with Premier Relationship Managers to ensure seamless customer onboarding and transition.

Execute networking strategies to enhance customer acquisition and drive referrals.

Maintain a deep understanding of HSBC’s products, services, and global standards.
Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree (mandatory for UAE visa/work permit eligibility).

Proven experience in sales and relationship management for high-net-worth clients.

Strong knowledge of banking, wealth management, and investment products.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities to meet sales targets.

Strong understanding of HSBC Group services and competitor offerings.
