This full-time, on-site role requires strong analytical skills to resolve customer inquiries related to tracing, claims, and account management. The associate will take ownership of customer concerns, ensuring resolution through effective follow-ups and outbound communication.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-to-one customer service for UPS Preferred accounts
- Analyze and resolve customer inquiries regarding claims and tracing
- Maintain ownership of customer cases and ensure timely resolution
- Perform outbound calls for follow-ups and issue resolution
- Work independently with strong problem-solving skills
- Communicate professionally and effectively with customers
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage customer cases efficiently and proactively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Customer service experience is a plus
