Job Title: PR & Communications Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented PR & Communications Executive to drive and enhance our communication strategies, focusing on public relations within the media production and real estate industries. Key Responsibilities:

PR Strategy Development
Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies aligned with the company’s objectives to boost brand visibility and influence. -
Media Relations Management
Manage media relations, including drafting and distributing press releases, organizing press conferences, and responding promptly to media inquiries. -
Internal & External Communication
Coordinate communications across internal and external channels, ensuring consistent and effective messaging on all platforms. -
Media Coverage Analysis
Monitor, track, and analyze media coverage and public sentiment, providing insights to shape future communication strategies. -
Promotional Campaigns
Assist in the planning, execution, and management of promotional events and campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement. -
Stakeholder Relationship Building
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, media representatives, industry influencers, and other key stakeholders. -
Content Creation
Prepare engaging communication materials such as newsletters, brochures, press releases, and social media content. -
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support marketing and corporate communication initiatives. -
Training & Development
Conduct training sessions for staff on effective communication practices and brand messaging. -
PR Campaign Evaluation
Evaluate the success of PR campaigns and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications:

PR Experience
Proven experience in public relations, preferably in media production or real estate industries. -
Communication Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a creative approach to content creation. -
Multitasking & Deadline Management
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines efficiently. -
Relationship Building
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with diverse stakeholders. -
Digital & Social Media Proficiency
Proficient in digital communication tools, social media platforms, and analytics tools to manage campaigns and measure performance. -
Crisis Communication
Experience in crisis communication and reputation management, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. -
Languages
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
