The Department of Family Medicine at UAE University is seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow for the research project “Geometry, Dynamics and Moduli Spaces of Kleinian Groups” funded by the UPAR research program. The role involves conducting research in Geometric Analysis, including quasiconformal mappings, and exploring the geometry and topology of Kleinian groups. The position is initially for one year, with a possible extension of six months based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research in Geometric Analysis, with emphasis on quasiconformal mappings.

• Study the geometry and topology of Kleinian groups and related moduli spaces.

• Contribute to the project linking discrete group theory with geometry and topology of Riemann surfaces and hyperbolic manifolds.

• Collaborate with the Principal Investigator and research team on project objectives.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Ph.D. in Pure Mathematics.

• Preferred Qualification: Specialization in Geometric Analysis.

• Strong research background in topics closely related to the project.

• Ability to work independently and contribute to academic publications.
