A Porter is needed for Facilities Management to assist guests and passengers by answering questions, carrying luggage, and supporting the front desk and customer service teams. The role requires strong hospitality experience and a proactive approach to customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist guests and passengers with inquiries and run errands as needed

• Carry luggage for departing guests to the lobby or departure area

• Ensure the safe evacuation of guests during emergencies

• Support front desk staff with call transfers and guest requests

• Assist customer service with event setups and signage updates

• Park and retrieve guests’ vehicles as required

• Help colleagues by moving stock and delivering items

Requirements:

• Must have 5-star hotel experience

• Proactive, customer-oriented attitude

• Ability to perform physical tasks like lifting and moving luggage
