Property Shop Investments LLC (PSI), a leading real estate brokerage in Abu Dhabi for over 18 years, is looking for a Portals Specialist to join their expanding team. This role will focus on managing and optimizing property listings across online property portals like Propertyfinder, Bayut, etc. The specialist ensures listings are accurate, visually appealing, and optimized for lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage property listings across multiple online portals, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and quality of information (photos, descriptions, pricing, etc.).

• Monitor portal analytics and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Coordinate with agents, photographers, and data entry staff to ensure listings are up to standard and uploaded promptly.

• Troubleshoot listing issues, broken feeds, or portal integration errors in collaboration with IT or third-party providers.

• Maintain relationships with major property portals and negotiate listing packages or premium placements as needed.

• Support marketing campaigns that drive traffic to listings and analyze ROI.

• Stay updated on new portal features, digital trends, and industry best practices.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Real Estate, IT, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience managing listings on property portals or similar platforms.
