Sunface Medical Aesthetic Centre DMCC, a premier medical aesthetics provider in Dubai, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Poly Clinic Office Administrator to join our growing team. This full-time, on-site role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and a premium client experience.

As a Clinic Office Administrator, you will oversee administrative functions, supervise the front desk, manage scheduling and records, and coordinate with medical professionals to deliver efficient and exceptional service. You will also support inventory management, billing, and help uphold the clinic’s high standards of professionalism and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily administrative operations of the clinic

• Supervise front desk staff and ensure seamless client check-in and check-out

• Schedule appointments and coordinate with healthcare staff

• Maintain and manage accurate patient records and documentation

• Monitor inventory levels and reorder office/medical supplies as needed

• Assist in billing, invoicing, and financial reporting

• Support HR-related tasks and internal reporting when necessary

• Ensure adherence to clinic policies, standards, and service protocols

• Promote services to clients and assist in upselling (with commission incentives)

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Clinic Coordinator, or in a similar role

• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

• Proficiency with MS Office, CRM tools, or clinic management software

• Leadership ability and a professional, client-facing demeanor

• Basic knowledge of healthcare operations is an advantage
