Job Title: Policy & Strategy Specialist
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Policy & Strategy Specialist to join our Corporate Services Centre of Excellence (COE) team. In this impactful role, you will focus on policy development, research, strategic planning, and data-driven programme management—with a key emphasis on supporting our global food and catering service programmes.
This position plays a critical part in elevating operational teams by delivering industry expertise, innovative solutions, and sustainable strategies that enhance employee and customer experiences across our global corporate services portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:

Policy Research & Evaluation: Conduct in-depth research and analysis on policies, regulations, and legislation related to food programmes. Identify gaps and propose actionable improvements.

Policy Development: Create data-driven policies, guidelines, and initiatives that foster innovation, customer satisfaction, and long-term food programme success.

Strategic Planning: Support regional teams in aligning strategic frameworks and measurable outcomes for food policy initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and operational teams to co-develop and implement sustainable, systemic solutions.

Data & Impact Analysis: Manage data insights and develop evaluation models to measure programme effectiveness and policy impact.

Consultation & Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor, offering industry expertise and recommendations to business leaders and functional teams.

Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and governance of strategic programmes and initiatives.

Change Management: Lead transformation projects by providing change management strategies, training, and communication support.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).

Fluent in English; capable of working in multicultural environments.

Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Strong writing skills for clear and persuasive policy documentation.

Proven experience in project/programme management, ideally within a matrixed global structure.

Forward-thinking mindset with adaptability to change and innovation.

Willingness to travel internationally when required.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience or exposure to the food and catering services industry.

Familiarity with corporate service operations and customer experience programs.
