Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a charismatic and articulate Podcast Host to lead our interviews and shape powerful narratives. The ideal candidate is not just a voice behind the mic but a researcher, conversationalist, and storyteller with a strong interest in global business and African markets.

Key Responsibilities

🎤 Host and moderate insightful podcast episodes featuring entrepreneurs, executives, and industry pioneers
📚 Conduct thorough research on guests and themes to guide impactful conversations
🤝 Collaborate with the content and production team for episode planning, scripting, and guest coordination
🗣️ Maintain a professional tone that aligns with Vision Podcast’s branding
📢 Participate in marketing recordings and support social media promotions
🌍 Stay informed on global business trends, with a focus on Africa, the UAE, and emerging markets

Qualifications

✔️ Exceptional spoken English (Arabic or French is a plus)
✔️ Prior experience in podcasting, journalism, media, or public speaking preferred
✔️ Strong interest in business, entrepreneurship, and leadership
✔️ Comfortable with both scripted and live, unscripted interviews
✔️ Familiarity with podcast production software and remote recording platforms
