United Diesel, a key subsidiary of the Al Rostamani Group, is currently seeking a PMO Lead to join its team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is instrumental in supporting the company’s transformation strategy by managing and delivering key business programs and projects. As part of one of the UAE’s most diversified and respected conglomerates, the PMO Lead will collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design project programs and individual project scopes, tasks, and timelines.

  • Monitor, track, and report on all transformation projects within United Diesel.

  • Develop tools for progress tracking in collaboration with the group’s transformation office, HR, IT, and vendors.

  • Update dashboards and project tracking systems regularly and coordinate with stakeholders for timely data inputs.

  • Collect, organize, and analyze initiative planning data.

  • Monitor project progress and highlight any delays or issues requiring intervention.

  • Track both financial and non-financial impacts of each project initiative.

  • Ensure timely distribution of communication and progress reports to all stakeholders.

  • Maintain organized, up-to-date project documentation in a central repository.

  • Act as program manager for selected programs and coordinate stakeholder engagement.

  • Conduct meetings and follow through on action items, ensuring progress aligns with strategic goals.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration or Finance.

  • At least 3 years of consulting experience in the automotive industry, preferably with expertise in operational consulting (e.g., Lean Management, TPS).

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management with proven success in high-performance environments.

  • Strong understanding of transformation strategies, initiative management, and program design.
