Wood is seeking a seasoned PMC Lead Package Engineer to join its mechanical package team for a high-impact ADNOC Offshore project in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role is suited for experienced professionals in the oil and gas sector who thrive in multidisciplinary environments and want to contribute to transformative energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead mechanical package engineering activities within the ADNOC Offshore PMC project.

• Manage project deliverables, schedules, and costs to ensure timely completion.

• Provide technical leadership, evaluate complex problems, and develop innovative solutions.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, attend design and review meetings.

• Ensure compliance with engineering codes, standards, and QHSE regulations.

• Mentor junior engineers and delegate tasks within the engineering group.

• Contribute to audits, incident investigations, and continuous process improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 15 years of oil and gas experience, primarily in onshore downstream projects.

• Prior ADNOC Offshore PMC experience is highly desirable.

• Strong technical judgement, leadership, and communication skills.

• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage deadlines.

• Proficient in engineering documentation and design software tools.
