Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate plumbing teams on installation, maintenance, and repair projects.

• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.

• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other technicians to meet project goals.

• Evaluate the performance of plumbing staff and provide training and mentorship as required.

• Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality assurance.

• Manage tools, materials, and job site logistics.

• Address and resolve client issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of work schedules, inspections, and service reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven supervisory experience in plumbing or technical service roles.

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) practices.

• Relevant plumbing certifications and qualifications.

• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).

• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
