The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing plumbing projects, ensuring quality standards, and overseeing a team of skilled plumbers. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of plumbers to ensure high-quality work.

• Coordinate with other trades, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.

• Ensure all plumbing work complies with local codes and regulations.

• Communicate directly with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

• Manage the procurement of materials, ordering supplies, and ensuring they are available for projects.

• Schedule inspections and manage project timelines to meet deadlines.

• Monitor and control project budgets to ensure cost efficiency.

• Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.

Qualifications:

• Proven supervisory experience in managing plumbing teams and projects.

• Proficient knowledge of plumbing techniques, systems, and standards.

• Experience with MEP systems and coordination between trades.

• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage project flow.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Relevant certifications or licenses in plumbing.

• Previous experience in a construction environment in Dubai is a plus.
