🔧 Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Plant Head to lead our Transmission Tower Manufacturing facility. This strategic role requires a seasoned professional with a strong engineering background and proven leadership in manufacturing operations.

Note: Only candidates currently working as a Plant Head, Factory Head, or Factory Manager in transmission tower manufacturing will be considered.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacturing Operations: Oversee end-to-end production, from raw material procurement to final product delivery.

• Production Planning & Scheduling: Optimize resource allocation and production timelines to meet targets and client needs.

• Quality Control: Implement robust quality systems to maintain international standards and specifications.

• People Management: Lead, develop, and manage cross-functional teams including engineers, supervisors, and shop-floor workers.

• Health & Safety: Promote a culture of safety and compliance within the plant.

• Process Improvement: Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Cost Efficiency: Monitor costs and drive cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.

• Asset Management: Ensure timely maintenance and upkeep of all plant machinery and infrastructure.

• Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all local and international industry regulations and certifications.

🎯 Candidate Profile:

• Engineering Expertise: In-depth knowledge of fabrication, welding, galvanization, and tower assembly processes.

• Leadership: Proven ability to lead large teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong decision-making capabilities in a high-pressure setup.

• Project Management: Demonstrated experience managing large-scale plant operations.

• Quality & Safety Systems: Familiarity with ISO, OSHA, and other relevant certifications and safety protocols.
