We are hiring an experienced Planning Manager on behalf of a leading UAE-based property developer known for delivering high-quality, large-scale developments across Dubai.

Role Overview

The Planning Manager will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules to ensure the successful and timely delivery of real estate projects. This role requires strong coordination, analytical skills, and expertise in project planning and controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules, including baseline programs

• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on timelines

• Perform delay analysis and support claims and extension of time (EOT) processes

• Prepare regular progress reports, dashboards, and planning updates

• Assist in risk identification and implement mitigation strategies

• Ensure adherence to planning standards, procedures, and best practices

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in project planning within real estate or construction sectors

• Strong proficiency in planning and scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
