KBR, a global leader in engineering and mission-critical services, is hiring a Planning Manager for a diverse portfolio of infrastructure and community development projects in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and project coordination, reporting directly to the Project Controls Director. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in project controls within PMC or consultancy setups, particularly in community facilities and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and integrated master schedules.

• Coordinate with Package Managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely project delivery.

• Analyze and report on consultant and contractor schedules and progress reports.

• Conduct critical path analysis and risk assessments on project timelines.

• Prepare and present weekly and monthly project status and planning reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 15 years of overall experience, with at least 8 years in a planning role on similar projects.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Gulf region.

• Proven experience in PMC or consultancy environments.

• Membership in professional bodies and relevant chartership qualifications are required.

• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Pert Master, and MS Office.

• In-depth knowledge of CPM scheduling, resource/cost loading, and risk management.

• Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.

• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
