Job Title: Planning & Inventory Analyst
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Planning & Inventory Analyst to support our planning and merchandising functions. This role will focus on analyzing inventory data, supporting sales and operations planning (S&OP), optimizing replenishment, and enhancing performance through continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong system proficiency and experience with planning tools such as SAP and JDA.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Analysis

Evaluate and validate additional store orders based on release strategies.

Identify and analyze data gaps related to source of supply, vendor extensions, replenishment parameters, and lead times.

Support auto-replenishment analysis and provide insights to category planners.

Participate in S&OP cycles with analysis, reporting, and performance reviews.

Contribute to business decisions by creating and maintaining KPIs, trade packs, and stock performance reports.
Inventory & Replenishment Management

Monitor and manage aging stock monthly; support liquidation strategies through clearance, inter-store transfers, and promotions.

Track purchase order follow-ups to ensure timely updates for planning and logistics teams.

Measure and optimize open purchase orders to minimize their impact on replenishment cycles.
Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in planning and merchandising.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in Excel, with working knowledge of Tableau (preferred).

Familiarity with SAP and planning tools like JDA is a strong advantage.

Able to work independently in a matrix environment and handle complex planning requirements.
