🛠 About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic MEP Planning Engineer to join our project management team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and refining project schedules and work plans for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) activities across our construction projects.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review manpower and equipment histograms on a weekly/monthly basis

• Monitor the project schedule and update at all phases of development

• Evaluate resource allocation and propose improvements for optimal progress

• Create and maintain progress tracking tools such as histograms and S-curves

• Analyze and report variances between planned and actual performance

• Forecast timelines, deliverables, and critical milestones

• Coordinate with MEP site managers and engineering teams to ensure project alignment

• Assess work sequences for efficiency and alignment with master project plans

• Ensure timely material supply and resource availability to prevent delays

🎓 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Planning within Construction/Electromechanical industries

• In-depth understanding of project management principles and scheduling tools

• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills

• Proficient in project planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar)
