Health7Careers is seeking an experienced and compassionate Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Consultant (Physiatrist) to join their dedicated medical team in Dubai. The successful candidate will work with a diverse range of patients, assisting them in restoring physical function and improving their overall quality of life following disease, injury, or disability. This role requires expertise in diagnosing and treating conditions related to the brain, spinal cord, nerves, bones, joints, ligaments, muscles, and tendons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Examine patients requiring physical therapy.

• Diagnose pain and disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or disabling conditions.

• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to patient needs.

• Recommend and perform medical procedures such as disc decompression, prolotherapy, and vertebroplasty.

• Lead multidisciplinary teams including physical therapists and occupational therapists to optimize patient care.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.

• Provide adaptive tools to support health and functional improvement.

• Counsel patients and families to assist with lifestyle adjustments.

• Support and advise patients undergoing long-term care.

• Conduct research to enhance treatment methods and advance rehabilitation medicine.

Requirements:

• Medical degree with specialization in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, or Osteopathic Medicine.

• Valid license to practice in the country of origin.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Proven managerial and leadership experience.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years in a Rehabilitation-focused role.
