Job Description:
Medicina Group of Pharmacies is seeking a dedicated and qualified Pharmacist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medication, offering expert advice on drug therapies, and ensuring a safe and compliant pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately compound and dispense prescribed medications.

• Monitor patients’ drug therapies and provide guidance on usage and side effects.

• Educate customers on how and when to take medications safely.

• Conduct basic health screenings such as blood pressure, blood sugar, and temperature checks.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date patient records.

• Ensure pharmacy compliance with hygiene, safety, and legal standards.

• Review and manage inventory, including disposal of expired or damaged drugs.

• Verify prescription orders and manage controlled substances in accordance with regulations.

• Perform administrative duties as required to ensure efficient pharmacy operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacology.

• Valid DHA license to practice as a Pharmacist in the UAE.

• Proven work experience in a similar role.

• Willingness to be flexible with work location and schedule.

• Experience in OTC sales, cross-selling, and upselling.

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical compounds, dosage, and brand medications.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and pharmacy management software.

• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
