Pharmalink Drug Store is seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmacist to join its team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of pharmaceutical practices and patient care, with a valid DOH/HAAD license and flexibility regarding location and work hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compound and dispense medications based on physician prescriptions.

• Monitor drug therapies and provide patient counseling on usage and potential side effects.

• Conduct health screenings and basic medical services (e.g., blood pressure, blood sugar checks).

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and inventory records.

• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the pharmacy environment.

• Verify prescription orders and manage controlled substances according to regulatory standards.

• Remove expired or damaged drugs from inventory.

• Stay compliant with all legal and regulatory pharmacy practices.

• Perform administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacology.

License:

• DOH or HAAD license required to practice as a pharmacist in the UAE.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a pharmacy setting.

• Proven track record in OTC sales, cross-selling, and upselling.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical compounds, dosages, and administration.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and pharmacy software systems.

• Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English.

• Great organizational and customer service skills.

• Flexible with work locations and scheduling.
