Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the setup and expansion of Novomed’s compounding pharmacy operations.

• Develop innovative pharmaceutical formulations and patient-centric solutions.

• Drive market growth via strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

• Ensure full compliance with DHA, MOH, and international pharmacy standards.

• Recruit, train, and manage a multidisciplinary pharmacy team.

• Collaborate with medical professionals on innovative therapies.

• Monitor performance metrics and optimize lab operations.
