Credence Consultancy is hiring a Pharma Regulatory Affairs Executive for a European MNC based in Dubai, specializing in food and related chemicals. The role covers the IMEA region and involves supporting product registration, regulatory compliance, and documentation management to ensure timely market access.
Key Responsibilities:

Product Registration & Compliance:

Prepare, compile, and submit product registration dossiers to competent authorities across countries

Ensure compliance with local regulations on labeling, product claims, packaging, and import/export documents

Maintain registration timelines and proactively follow up with authorities or consultants

Regulatory Documentation & Support:

Coordinate with internal departments (R&D, QA, Product Management) to collect necessary documentation

Ensure accuracy and completeness of regulatory files (e.g., safety data sheets, certificates, technical dossiers)

Keep internal systems and regulatory databases updated with current product status

Regulatory Intelligence:

Monitor and report regulatory changes in the IMEA region that may impact product compliance or business

Develop summaries and recommendations to address emerging regulatory challenges

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the feed additives, animal health, food, or agro sectors

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in key IMEA markets (e.g., GCC, India, South Africa, Egypt)

Experience in dossier preparation and submission processes
