Vision Masters, a licensed pest control company based in Abu Dhabi, is looking to hire a qualified Pest Control Engineer to join its growing team. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for professionals with strong technical knowledge in pest management and regulatory compliance in the UAE. The candidate will lead field operations, ensure adherence to health and safety standards, and maintain accurate records in accordance with Abu Dhabi Municipality guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed on-site inspections and pest risk assessments for residential, commercial, and industrial locations.

• Develop and submit comprehensive technical reports and treatment plans in both Arabic and English.

• Supervise pest control technicians and ensure strict compliance with local health and safety regulations.

• Select suitable pest control methods and chemicals based on environmental conditions and site assessments.

• Maintain chemical usage records and ensure full compliance with Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADQCC) standards.

• Advise clients on pest prevention strategies and offer expert consultation.

• Support with obtaining and renewing relevant municipal licenses and permits.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Valid Pest Control Engineer license issued by Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADQCC).

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Entomology, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.

• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

• Minimum 2 years of UAE-based experience in pest control.

• In-depth understanding of pest species, pesticide regulations, and safety protocols in the UAE.

• Ability to manage a field team and work independently.

• UAE Driving License is preferred.
