Responsibilities:

• Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate members’ needs and goals.

• Design and implement customized fitness and training programs.

• Deliver personalized one-on-one training sessions and nutritional guidance.

• Lead group exercise classes, circuit training, and motivational sessions.

• Provide continuous support and encouragement to help clients achieve results.

• Ensure high standards of customer service and member engagement.

• Monitor safety, demonstrate correct exercise techniques, and maintain a safe workout environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Certified Personal Trainer from a recognized institution.

• Strong expertise in fitness instruction, circuit training, and sports coaching.

• Knowledge of nutrition and its application to fitness goals.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.

• First Aid and CPR certification required.

• Previous experience in a fitness or gym environment is an advantage.

• Ability to inspire clients and create a positive training atmosphere.
