Personal/Executive Assistant to the CEO – French Speaker | Full-Time | Dubai
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal/Executive Assistant to the CEO who is fluent in French and English. This full-time role, based in Dubai, requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules, international correspondence, and confidential tasks. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted right hand to the CEO, ensuring smooth daily operations and seamless coordination.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, appointments, travel, and meetings across multiple time zones.

Prepare reports, presentations, emails, and other documents with a high level of professionalism.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.

Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Support in organizing business events, corporate communications, and high-level meetings.

Translate documents and communications between French and English as needed.

Assist in personal tasks and ad hoc projects to help streamline the CEO’s workload.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting C-level executives.

Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar/email management tools.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive matters with professionalism.

Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
