Personal/Executive Assistant to the CEO
PSI Real Estate Dubai , UAE

PSI Real Estate, a leading name in the UAE property sector, is seeking a highly professional and organized Personal/Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This full-time, on-site role based in Dubai is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background, exceptional discretion, and the ability to manage high-level communications and tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring the CEO’s day-to-day operations run smoothly by managing scheduling, travel arrangements, project coordination, and acting as the key point of contact with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate meetings, and organize international and domestic travel arrangements.

  • Prepare agendas, documents, presentations, and take minutes for internal and Board meetings.

  • Handle and prioritize all incoming communication (emails, phone calls, messages); respond on behalf of the CEO when appropriate.

  • Maintain a well-organized digital and physical filing system.

  • Serve as the liaison between the CEO and Board members, senior leadership, clients, and partners.

  • Assist in the preparation and logistics of Board meetings and strategic initiatives.

  • Track key projects, action items, and deadlines related to executive functions.

  • Draft polished correspondence, reports, and briefing notes.

  • Safeguard confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.

  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships across all organizational levels.

  • Support corporate event logistics, speaking engagements, and conference participation.

  • Oversee budget tracking and expense reporting for the CEO’s office.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a relevant field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or senior-level administrative professional, ideally supporting C-suite executives.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration platforms.

  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks with accuracy under tight deadlines.

  • Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to manage confidential matters with professionalism.
