Role Overview

A private family based in Dubai is seeking a highly reliable and experienced Personal Driver / Assistant (second driver) for a live-out, full-time role involving frequent international travel.

This is a hybrid position combining professional driving responsibilities with personal assistant support, particularly during travel planning and execution. The role requires discretion, flexibility, strong coordination skills, and the ability to operate at a high standard within a private, fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience as a Personal / Family / Executive Driver

• Based in Dubai

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: AED 15,000 – 21,000

  • AED 15,000 base salary

  • Performance bonus of up to 40% of annual base salary (paid in December, based on structured KPIs)

How the Role Works (Dubai & International Travel)

In Dubai

• Primary driving responsibilities are shared with a main driver

• You will drive when:

  • The primary driver is on leave/off-duty

  • Both drivers are required

  • Transportation support is needed for the Senior Personal Assistant (SPA) or other assistants

• During lighter driving periods, you will function primarily as an Assistant, responsible for:

  • End-to-end trip planning and coordination

  • Booking private jets/helicopters

  • Car rentals and transport logistics

  • Restaurant reservations and activity planning

  • Confirmations, follow-ups, and execution

• Oversee vehicle management, including:

  • Servicing and maintenance scheduling

  • Repairs and workshop follow-ups

  • Ensuring vehicles are maintained in excellent condition at all times

International Travel

• All trips are treated as business travel

• Each travel day is paid separately (on top of monthly salary)

• High level of responsibility, coordination, and discretion required

Reporting Structure

• Direct Reporting: Principals (married couple, no children)

• Supervision: Senior Personal Assistant (SPA)

• Provide active support to:

  • SPA and other personal assistants

  • Errands, coordination, calls, research, follow-ups, and delegated tasks

Working Schedule

• 6 working days per week

• 1 day off per week

• Flexible, task-based schedule (no fixed office hours)

• Must remain reachable and responsive throughout the working day

Trial Period

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for paid trial days, demonstrating respect for time and effort while ensuring mutual fit.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (zero accidents, including minor)

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Strong navigation and route-planning skills (Google Maps proficiency)

• Comfortable combining:

  • Local driving

  • International driving

  • Personal assistant responsibilities

• Ability to follow instructions precisely and consistently

• Exceptional reliability, punctuality, and professionalism

• Proactive mindset (no passive or reactive work approach tolerated)

• High level of discretion, adaptability, and attention to detail

Salary Summary

AED 15,000 – 21,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances
(Excludes travel-day payments and performance bonus)
