Mashreq Corporate & Investment Banking Group is seeking a Personal Banker – Loan DST for its operations in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position designed for dynamic individuals with strong sales acumen and the ability to maintain long-term client relationships. The role focuses on promoting and selling a full range of personal banking products while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Sell a comprehensive range of personal banking products to both new and existing customers

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set for the financial year

Engage in prospecting activities via phone calls and in-person visits targeting specific customer segments

Conduct micro marketing campaigns such as kiosk and direct outreach activities
-
Address customer objections professionally to convert inquiries into sales or payroll transfers
-
Ensure timely and high-quality completion of applications in line with the bank’s turnaround time (TAT) standards

Maintain strict adherence to KYC, FATCA, AML CTF, and internal compliance policies

Log all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and keep CRM tools updated

Participate in team engagements including training, coaching, huddles, and celebrations

Uphold ethical standards and report any policy breaches or compliance concerns promptly
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in retail banking

Confident, persistent, and personable with strong communication (verbal & written) skills

Familiarity with retail banking products, services, and internal processes

Strong integrity and commitment to professional ethics
