We are hiring a highly skilled and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer of a renowned property development company based in Dubai, UAE. This pivotal role involves managing high-level administrative tasks, ensuring effective communication, and providing strategic support to optimize the CEO’s efficiency in a fast-paced real estate environment.
As the right hand to the CEO, you will act as a gatekeeper and enabler, handling critical scheduling, documentation, and coordination duties with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Draft, review, and manage confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and follow-up action items.

Provide research, data analysis, and reporting to support executive decision-making.

Ensure seamless communication flow across the executive office and departments.

Handle confidential matters with integrity and high discretion.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably within real estate, construction, or property development sectors.

Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Discreet, resourceful, and solution-oriented with a proactive mindset.

Proficient in MS Office Suite and modern office tools.

Able to thrive in a high-pressure, multicultural corporate environment.
Salary & Benefits:

AED 20,000 – 25,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
