Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a busy executive managing multiple business and personal projects in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, values confidentiality, and brings calm, clarity, and structure to a fast-paced schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day planning, calendars, appointments, and travel itineraries

  • Support ongoing business and personal projects with coordination and follow-ups

  • Act as liaison with partners, staff, vendors, and contractors

  • Handle household errands, family logistics, and personal tasks

  • Maintain and organize files, documents, contacts, and action items

  • Restock office supplies and maintain smooth office functioning

  • Welcome guests and assist in hosting or meeting coordination

  • Run errands and provide reliable support throughout the city

  • Manage sensitive matters with absolute discretion and professionalism

Ideal Candidate:

  • Based in Dubai and familiar with the city

  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus

  • Highly organized, reliable, and proactive

  • Calm under pressure with a solution-focused mindset

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and basic tech tools

  • Holds a valid UAE driver’s license

  • Understands confidentiality and professional boundaries
