Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to support our CEO in daily business operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong administrative skills, be fluent in English and Russian, and have excellent time management abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee daily office operations and support staff.
✅ Manage documentation and correspondence for employees and external partners.
✅ Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements.
✅ Ensure a smooth workflow in the office by assisting leadership with administrative tasks.
✅ Supervise and assist a small team with organizational needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Languages: Fluent in English and Russian (Swedish/Arabic is a plus).
✅ Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Windows, Mac, MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and office equipment.
✅ Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
✅ Professionalism: Confident, well-presented, and excellent in communication.
✅ Problem-Solving: Quick thinker with the ability to handle challenges independently.
✅ Multitasking: Comfortable in fast-paced environments, handling multiple responsibilities.
