TLM Distribution is seeking a resourceful and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the Director across multiple companies. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, high-priority projects, vendor negotiations, and personal logistics. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage operational projects end-to-end, including vendor sourcing and office improvement tasks.

Draft responses, coordinate follow-ups, and manage director’s inbox and communications.

Handle personal and business logistics such as visas, appointments, banking, and compliance paperwork.

Track and analyze petty cash, kitchen, and stationery budgets; recommend improvements.

Manage daily, weekly, and monthly priorities for the Director.

Arrange high-value meetings, follow up with vendors, and ensure project follow-through.

Provide temporary support in coordination roles or reception during staff absences.
Skills & Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in a multi-functional support or Executive Assistant role.

Excellent written and spoken English.
-
Strong research, communication, and negotiation skills.
-
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail, and general tech tools.
-
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
-
Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
-
Bonus: Experience handling UAE government and compliance paperwork.
