🔹 Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide professional and personal support to a female executive. This is a live-in role, requiring a high level of trust, organizational skill, and discretion. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day office tasks as well as provide personal support in health and home management.


🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a dynamic calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments

  • Handle communication by screening calls and responding to emails professionally

  • Conduct research, prepare reports, and provide administrative insights to support decision-making

  • Draft and format documents, emails, and presentations

  • Maintain efficient filing systems (digital and physical)

  • Support budget tracking, expenses, and reporting

  • Plan and manage internal meetings and small-scale events

  • Provide personal assistance related to health, home management, and travel

  • Accompany and reside with the executive as required, ensuring availability and confidentiality


🔹 Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent spoken and written English; knowledge of other languages is a plus

  • Highly organized and capable of multitasking

  • Discreet, trustworthy, and professional in handling personal matters

  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment

  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

  • Friendly, service-oriented, and proactive in taking initiative
