ACCEL Human Resource Consultants is hiring a Personal Assistant for one of its top-tier clients in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for candidates with extensive experience in executive support and a keen eye for detail. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing high-level administrative tasks and offering direct support to the CEO.

This role demands a proactive professional with excellent time management skills and the discretion to handle sensitive information. From coordinating schedules and organizing travel to handling confidential errands and project tracking, this position requires someone who can stay ahead of priorities and multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize calendars, emails, and professional communications.

  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and corporate events.

  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Handle personal errands and sensitive administrative matters with confidentiality.

  • Support ongoing projects and monitor critical deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • At least 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
