Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Business Assistant to support the main trader and a board member. This role is critical in coordinating business operations, managing executive schedules, supporting trading activities, and ensuring smooth internal workflow.

You will work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in supporting international operations and commercial activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage diary and calendar for the board member.

  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and video conferences across multiple time zones.

  • Handle high volumes of emails and ensure timely communication flow.

  • Organize internal and external meetings across various locations.

  • Arrange international travel, including visa applications, flights, accommodation, and transportation.

  • Manage and prepare expense reports.

  • Process invoices and assist with financial documentation.

  • Support workflow coordination and document management.

  • Provide ad hoc administrative and operational support as required.


Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Office Manager.

  • Experience in commercial operations or sales support is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced trading environment.

  • Fluent English (mandatory).
