The company is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective time management for senior executives.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level executive and administrative support to senior management.

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments efficiently.

Handle travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.

Draft and manage correspondence, reports, and documentation with attention to accuracy and professionalism.

Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and documents.

Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the executive team.

Assist in preparing presentations, meeting notes, and business reports.

Support executives in organizing events, conferences, and corporate engagements.

Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and office organization.
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate or investment environment.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters with integrity and discretion.

Strong time management and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
