iPay Holding is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support its senior management team in a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This position requires someone with exceptional administrative skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments

Arrange complex travel plans including flights, accommodation, and itineraries

Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical
-
Draft, review, and manage emails, memos, reports, and other correspondence
-
Serve as the main point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
-
Take meeting minutes and ensure follow-ups on action items
-
Assist in the preparation of presentations and meeting documentation
-
Perform personal tasks and errands as needed
-
Handle all communications and sensitive information with absolute confidentiality

Monitor and prioritize incoming messages and correspondence
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)

Proven experience in a similar role such as Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
-
Strong time management and organizational skills
-
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Professional demeanor with high discretion and integrity
