Mada Media DXB is seeking an experienced Permit Manager to lead compliance, operations, and team management for Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising projects. The role ensures that all advertising structures meet regulatory requirements while managing permits, technical operations, and communication with government authorities.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai requiring strong leadership, compliance expertise, and technical knowledge in the OOH advertising sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all OOH advertising laws, regulations, and guidelines.

• Manage contracts, permits, and coordinate with government/local authorities.

• Supervise technical teams for compliance inspections, reporting, and violation handling.

• Oversee project operations including permits, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for advertising activities.

• Prepare progress reports, technical evaluations, and correspondence with stakeholders.

• Manage and develop technical staff performance, training, and duty allocation.

• Handle client and stakeholder communication, complaints, and site emergencies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (from a recognized university).

• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in permits, construction, or compliance.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.

• Proficiency in software tools and project management systems.

• Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
