Permanent Cashier – Dubai Mall

Hermès, a global luxury brand, is hiring a Permanent Cashier for its boutique in Dubai Mall. This full-time retail position requires an experienced cashier with excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail. The role involves managing high-volume transactions and supporting store operations in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and handle inquiries both in-person and via phone.

  • Manage billing questions and provide accurate responses.

  • Handle opening/closing of tills and store cash deposits.

  • Process customer transactions, issue receipts, and manage cash/credit card payments.

  • Sort, count, and balance money at the start and end of shifts.

  • Maintain accurate paperwork and transaction records.

  • Support the customer service team when required.

  • Assist in stocking, rotating, and labeling merchandise.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless store operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in cashiering.

  • Background in high-volume, fast-paced environments—luxury retail preferred.

  • Strong communication (oral & written) and multitasking abilities.

  • High attention to detail and professional customer service experience.

  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team of 10+ staff members.
