This temporary, full-time, on-site role supports daily lab operations and fragrance compounding, ensuring efficiency, safety, and creativity in alignment with EH&S policies. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the entire fragrance compounding process accurately.
• Perform sampling procedures efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Remove and dispose of expired raw materials.
• Check the quality of raw materials and maintain lab standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and lab maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a fragrance compounding lab or similar setting.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Comfortable working in an environment with continuous exposure to scents.
• Strong time management and communication skills in English.
