Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret client briefs and develop emotionally resonant, high-performing fragrance compositions.

• Lead olfactive development for both regional and global clients, pushing boundaries in the Fabric Care, Home Care, and Personal Care sectors.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with evaluation, marketing, and application teams to ensure fragrance performance, compliance, and creative alignment.

• Represent MANE in key strategic projects, industry events, and client meetings.

• Mentor junior perfumers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 15+ years of proven experience in fragrance development within the Consumer Goods industry.

• Formal perfumery training and a degree in Chemistry or a related discipline.

• Expert knowledge of raw materials, formulation behavior, and international regulatory requirements.

• Superior olfactive skills and a strong track record of successful fragrance launches.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and client engagement skills.

• Fluency in English is required; French is a plus and Arabic is an asset.
