Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with a strong technical and creative background to lead our full-funnel lead generation efforts across multiple digital channels including Facebook, Google Ads, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and landing pages. This role requires hands-on expertise in PHP/HTML, performance analytics, and creative execution to drive measurable results and optimize campaigns effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns aimed at lead generation.

  • Design and optimize PHP/HTML landing pages to maximize conversions.

  • Implement and track email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns, measuring engagement and results.

  • Oversee social media accounts, content calendars, and community engagement strategies.

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPL, and ROAS, while conducting A/B testing and optimizing campaign performance.

  • Collaborate with the design team or use tools to create and manage ad creatives (copy, visuals).

  • Segment target audiences and automate lead nurturing workflows through CRM systems.

  • Utilize GA4, Tag Manager, and tracking pixels for data-driven decision-making.

  • Ensure website SEO is optimized, monitor website speed, and integrate lead tracking mechanisms.

  • Provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights to improve future campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in performance and digital marketing (experience in the UAE is preferred).

  • Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, PHP/HTML, and landing page optimization.

  • Experience with email/SMS platforms, WhatsApp API, CRMs, and social media management tools.

  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of lead generation and CPL optimization.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Bonus Skills:

  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles.

  • Experience using Canva or Adobe tools.

  • Industry experience in real estate, education, e-commerce, or B2B marketing.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Years of Experience: 2 – 8 years

  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma
