Performance Marketer – Michael Kors & Swarovski
Chalhoub Group Dubai , UAE

Chalhoub Group is looking for a highly analytical and creative Performance Marketer to lead digital growth strategies for Michael Kors and Swarovski across the Middle East. You will manage digital campaigns, optimize user acquisition, and deliver measurable ROI across platforms while maintaining a close relationship with brand partners and agencies.


Key Responsibilities:

📈 Digital Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms

  • Monitor channel-wise campaign performance (paid search, social, direct, affiliate, etc.) across desktop, mobile, and tablet

  • Collaborate with brand teams to align on creative assets, messaging, and seasonal initiatives

  • Manage the marketing calendar in coordination with brand partners for co-branded campaigns

🧠 Performance Optimization & Strategy

  • Optimize budget allocation daily to meet ROAS, LTV, CAC, and other KPIs

  • Run A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs to boost conversion

  • Develop performance reporting dashboards using Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.

  • Track KPIs and tag performance data for marketing attribution and customer journeys

🔍 Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Use customer insights to recommend CRO initiatives and UX improvements

  • Conduct end-to-end analytics for customer journey mapping and traffic-to-conversion flow

  • Implement and optimize SEM/SEO strategies based on behavioral analytics and trends

🤝 Stakeholder & Agency Collaboration

  • Manage relationships with digital agencies and external vendors

  • Leverage third-party tools and media partners to enhance visibility and results

  • Provide regular performance insights and proposals for strategic scaling


Who We’re Looking For:

✔️ Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital growth roles

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other major DSPs

  • Strong knowledge of web analytics (Google Analytics, GA4), conversion tracking, and attribution modeling

  • Hands-on experience with eCommerce and omnichannel marketing strategies

  • HTML knowledge and data visualization tools experience is a plus
