AlixPartners is a leading global consulting firm that solves the most complex and critical challenges. We are looking for a Vice President to join our Performance Improvement practice. This role involves working on high-value, complex opportunities, and contributing to business modeling, cost reductions, revenue growth, and profitability improvements. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with seasoned professionals to drive measurable outcomes in high-stakes situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze corporate performance, business modeling, and drive cost reductions and profitability improvements in high-impact situations.

• Work directly with owners, boards, and CEOs on complex, urgent business-critical challenges.

• Lead multiple workstreams and take full responsibility for several areas in the client project.

• Collaborate in a fast-paced environment, providing continuous opportunities for professional development.

• Manage relationships with senior executives and teams to achieve client success.

Qualifications:

• 4-8 years of experience, with a mix of consulting and industry experience (GCC experience preferred).

• Experience in cost optimization, working capital management, operations improvement, M&A, and profitable top-line growth.

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality work products.

• Master’s degree (preferably MBA) with strong academic success.

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and related tools.

• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal skills and proven leadership abilities.

• High energy, flexible, and adaptive, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel extensively and work outside of normal business hours when necessary.

• Ability to work both in-office and remotely.
