Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented People & Talent Intern to support both recruitment and HR operations within a fast-paced consulting environment. This internship provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring processes, candidate management, and internal operations, making it ideal for individuals looking to build a career in recruitment or human resources.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support

• Assist recruiters with candidate sourcing via job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.

• Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain communication with candidates.

• Support job postings and employer branding initiatives.

HR & Operations Support

• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and documentation.

• Support onboarding documentation and compliance processes.

• Assist with data entry, audits, and internal coordination tasks.

• Help streamline internal workflows and operational processes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

• High attention to detail with the ability to multitask

• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
