Role Summary:
As a People Partner for the Beauty division, you will act as a strategic HR Business Partner, driving HR initiatives and people strategies aligned with business goals. You’ll work closely with brand leaders to shape organizational structure, guide talent management, implement change, and foster a high-performance culture. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution across performance, engagement, development, and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute people strategies aligned with business priorities

• Lead organizational design and change management processes

• Drive performance management, succession planning, and talent development

• Manage workforce planning, budgeting, and compensation cycles

• Provide consultation on employee relations and complex people matters

• Champion employee engagement initiatives and cultural development

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure future-ready recruitment

• Support business transformation through group-wide initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)

• 5+ years in a 360° HR or HRBP role, preferably in the GCC retail sector

• Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and communication skills

• Ability to combine strategic insight with operational execution

• Proven success in performance management, change leadership, and talent development
