Chalhoub Group, a leader in the luxury retail industry in the Middle East, is looking for a People Partner to support its talent strategy. This full-time role will involve working closely with management to provide strategic HR advice, develop talent management strategies, and ensure a great employee experience. The role focuses on aligning HR strategies with business goals while driving culture change and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Define, develop, and implement the people strategy aligned with the business’s goals and priorities.

Facilitate changes in the organizational structure and ways of working to future-proof the company.

Lead performance management processes, manage talent development, and drive career growth for high-potential employees.

Lead manpower planning, budgeting, and salary review cycles in collaboration with business functions.

Provide guidance and recommendations on complex people-related issues to improve relationships and minimize business impact.

Develop and deploy engagement initiatives to enhance the employee experience and build a positive culture.

Champion change initiatives across the group and ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption.

Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to recruit the best talent aligned with business needs.
What You’ll Need To Succeed:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in HRBP or generalist HR roles within the GCC region.

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
